Wednesdays at 6:15pm & Saturdays at 1:00pm and 2:30pm
As with all our classes, Aerial Yoga classes are accessible to all people and based in traditional Yoga Therapy.
Wednesdays 6:15pm- 7:30pm
Saturdays 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Saturdays 2:30pm - 3:30pm
Classes are included in all tuition packages! You'll need a mat and some water. It's not necessary, but we do recommend wearing leggings or capris and a shirt that covers your torso to provide a layer of comfort between your body and the silks. Time to fly!!
How To Sign Up
- If it is your first aerial yoga class, please call, email, or see the front desk to schedule! We no longer offer unpaid sign-ups online because of the frequency of cancellation.
- Beginning in March, you will need to purchase a package in order to sign up.
- After you schedule your first class, you will need to sign up online in advance. Use the link above to access the schedule and sign up via the MindBody app or email the studio at email@example.com to reserve your spot today!

Aerial Yoga is unique because you're using a looped fabric swing to support your body and, at times, hang upside down. This requires, on everyone's end, a great attention to safety and trust. With practice, Aerial Yoga will:
