It's not necessary, but we do recommend wearing leggings or capris and a shirt that covers your torso to provide a layer of comfort between your body and the silks. Warm Hatha yoga is noncompetitive, peaceful and revitalizing. Bhakti Fusion is a beginner to intermediate class designed by Derek as a fusion of Qui Gong, Hatha Yoga Therapy, and Body Shaping practices. This class is less hot than Bikram, but still nice and warm, has a lot of new postures for you all to work at, and is dynamic every week - meaning - we operate off a core sequence, then add and subtract depending on the needs of the day. This class is great for students familiar with Vinyasa, Yin, and the Ghosh 84 Asana sequence.
We recommend attending 3 or more classes each week. Practice like this for several months to witness the body / mind / life - changing benefits Yoga can bring to YOU through your own hard work and SWEAT.
